Like many factors in business, office space comes in many different varieties often defined by location, quality of the building, and amenities. In Dublin, Digital Office Centre and Lis Cara Business Centre have offices available for under €450 per person. while Iconic Offices, Pembroke Hall, and WeWork provide a higher-end option for those businesses with budgets from €550 to €800 per desk.
Comparing one operator to the other is not recommended on price alone as most operators have their own style & fit-outs that differentiate them from other hosts. Thus we often recommend that businesses tour a number of spaces to get a good sense of the overall style rather than selecting on price alone. WeWork vs Regus for example often have very different styles. While WeWork's office style is often described as casual and relaxed, Regus (IWG) is professional and corporate.

But as you venture away from the core, the rents become more affordable with even Dublin 8 providing great value with rates ranging from €480 per desk to €347 in Dublin 24.
