Information we collect about you

Personal Information is information that identifies you as an individual, and excludes data where your identity has been removed.

  • Manage our business and the Site, we use Identity, Company, Technical and Communication Data, the lawful basis of which is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of our business and is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation; and
  • Market our services, direct advertising and understand the effectiveness of our marketing, we use Identity, Company, Transactional and Technical Data, the lawful basis of which is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of our business.

The data we use is solely for the purposes for which it is collected.

We share your Personal Information with third parties for the purposes outlined above with:

International transfer of Personal Information

Your data is shared within Rubberdesk and its subsidiaries and parent companies, the Group. Sharing data within the Group involves transferring your data outside the EU.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored outside the EU. It may be processed by staff operating outside the EU who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order and any international requests that you make for flexible office space, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
